Questions

How does the free trial work?

Premium is free for the first 7 days. You enter your card when you start, and you're only charged when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you won't pay anything. The trial is one per member.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Go to your profile and choose Manage Premium. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

What happens to my lists and cellar if I stop Premium?

Nothing is deleted. You can still see and edit everything; you just can't add new lists or cellar wines while you're over the free limits.

How is payment handled?

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored by The Vine. Receipts are emailed to you.
