Ashbrook Estate is a family-owned and operated winery in the heart of Margaret River, established by the Devitt family in 1975. It produced its first commercial wine in 1979 and completed its 40th vintage in 2018, and is now a third-generation business run by Carol and Brian Devitt with their daughter Catherine Edwards and son Richard.
Ashbrook makes only premium, hand-crafted varietal wines from estate grapes picked by hand on its single vineyard. A sophisticated lyre trellis system maximises flavour, and vineyard practices, including composted mulch, focus on long-term sustainability.
The estate releases one premium label for each grape variety it grows.
