Bawley Vale Estate is a 100-acre property at Bawley Point on the New South Wales South Coast, with vineyards, orchards, tranquil lakes and friendly farm animals, surrounded by bush and minutes from the ocean. Chris and Marg Watt have been its custodians since 2015.
At its heart is a modern-industrial venue of high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, blackbutt timber and brick, popular for destination weddings and events, which Chris and Marg host personally with their coordinator.
The estate also makes wine, though its cellar door is temporarily closed.
