Catlin Wines is a small producer in the Adelaide Hills, established in 2013 by winemaker Darryl Catlin. The wines are made in the Adelaide Hills from grapes sourced from premium South Australian vineyards.
The approach is hand-crafted and minimal-intervention, with wild ferments used to let each vineyard's character show through. The range reflects the individual sites the fruit comes from rather than a single estate style.
Catlin Wines was named one of James Halliday's Top 10 Best New Wineries, and its wines are sold online and through a wine club for regular deliveries.
