Chanters Ridge

Chanters Ridge is a Pinot Noir vineyard in Victoria's Macedon Ranges, established in 1995 by Glenys and Barry Elliott under the guidance of John Ellis of Hanging Rock Winery, and planted only to Pinot Noir.

The first half-hectare went in in 1996 on a north-facing slope of red volcanic soil and decomposing basalt. It reached maturity in 2000, with the first Pinot Noir picked on Anzac Day, 25 April 2000, and a further 1.5 hectares were added later.

The cellar door is currently closed until further notice.
