Das Juice was started in 2017 by James Audas and Tom Sheer of Lo-Fi Wines, both importers and former sommeliers. Most of the fruit comes from certified organic and biodynamic vineyards in South Australia, notably McLaren Vale and the Adelaide Hills.
The range includes pét-nat Prosecco, pink pét-nat, a skin-contact wine, white and red blends and rosé. With Beaujolais grower Guillaume Chanudet it also makes Le Juice, a Gamay from the organic La Cabane site in Fleurie.
