I'll Fly Away... specialises in pétillant naturel and ancestral-method sparkling wines, from fruit picked by hand at selected sites and handled gently and minimally in the cellar.
Its range includes several styles of Lambrusco, among them a rosé, a still red and a rifermentato, and it collaborated with Wildflower Brewing on 'Lambrewski'.
