Jackson Brooke is the label of a winemaker working in Henty, Victoria's coolest mainland wine region, making cool-climate wines with a ripe, stylish edge.
Since 2020 the business has been working to understand and reduce its environmental footprint, offsetting its carbon emissions and looking at ways to use water sustainably. Its website also runs a wine education series explaining, in plain terms, how grape growing and winemaking choices shape the wines people enjoy.
