Levantine Hill is a luxury Yarra Valley estate driven by an uncompromising pursuit of excellence. Founder Elias Jreissati transformed a steep, rocky hill into prime vineyard land and named each block of his Family Paddocks after the people closest to his heart; these blocks are the estate's centrepiece.
Chief winemaker Paul Bridgeman is known for a meticulous, relentless approach. Levantine Hill was named one of the top two wineries in Australia in The Real Review's 2026 Top Wineries of Australia awards, based entirely on blind tastings.
The estate is one of Australia's most prestigious wedding venues, and visitors can buy wine at the cellar door, dine, and book winemaking experiences.
