Lino Ramble

Lino Ramble is a small McLaren Vale producer that works closely with a network of local growers who prefer sustainable and organic farming. The founders are inspired by growers who see organic farming not as a fringe activity but as a way of caring for their land and buffering against climate change, and they credit those 'vineyard wranglers', families such as the Laceys, Quigleys, Baldasos, Adams, Hatwells, Harveys and Smarts, as central to their story.

The winemaking is minimal-addition, celebrating McLaren Vale's Mediterranean character. Lino Ramble is known for exploring varieties from southern Italy, Sicily and the Iberian Peninsula, whose climates resemble the Vale's, such as Arinto, Falanghina and Pinot Grigio under the Yo-Yo label, with unfined and unfiltered whites and some skin contact.

The cellar door on McMurtrie Road is five minutes south of the McLaren Vale town centre.
