Lo Havoc

Lo Havoc operates in the Yarra Valley, where it has produced wine for the 2025 vintage.

The producer makes a Pinot Noir called 'Do I Exist ? Pinot Noir 2025' and a Chardonnay named 'How Deep Is The Ocean ? Chardonnay 2025'. The Chardonnay is made using a long, slow press along with 20ppm SO2. Overall, the wines are created using a low-intervention, or LOFI, stylistic approach.
