Dorham Mann established Mann Winery, which he operates alongside his daughter Anthea. Dorham's father Jack spent 51 years making wine at Houghton Winery, and Dorham previously served as the head honcho at Sandalford for many years.
The estate vineyard spans 1.8 hectares of Cabernet Sauvignon and 0.5 hectares of Cygne Blanc, a variety Dorham Mann developed in the Swan Valley. The operation releases two sparkling wines each year, crafted using the traditional French method, hand-riddled, and bottle-aged for two years. Additionally, it makes a dry white from Cygne Blanc and a dry rosé style using Cabernet Sauvignon. Operations usually begin every August, running for roughly six months or until stocks run out.
