Manon Farm was established in 2016 by chef Tim Webber and Monique Millton. The property is situated on a ridge 600 metres above sea level in Forest Range, within the Adelaide Hills.
Wines are crafted entirely from dry-farmed, estate vines without irrigation or synthetic chemicals. In the cellar, wild ferments are used with zero additives, and the wines undergo no fining or filtration before gravity bottling under natural unbleached cork. Plantings include Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Savagnin, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Garganega, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Gamay, Trousseau, Aleatico, Malvasia, and Mondeuse.
