Millon Wines is a family-owned South Australian winery making award-winning boutique wines under head winemaker Angus Wardlaw, who leads a team drawing on decades of combined experience. Its philosophy is to combine Old World knowledge, skill and experience with New World technology, using tried and true techniques improved by modern science.
The grape varieties Millon grows have been deliberately chosen to suit the soils and climate of its South Australian vineyards, so that every vine reaches its potential and the wines honestly represent their regions. In the winery the approach is minimalist and hands-on, taking cues from traditional methods to make light, approachable wines, with single-vineyard releases praised for their balance. Its Botrytis Riesling was named Best Sweet White Wine at the 2025 Melbourne Royal Wine Show.
Millon currently welcomes visitors at a temporary cellar door in Tanunda, shared with its friends at Brothers at War, offering tastings and signature dumplings, and also hosts weddings in the Clare Valley.
