Muster Wine Co is a 100% family-owned and operated maker of premium wine from the Barossa and Clare Valley, established in 2007 by David Muster. David worked for Seppeltsfield, Samuel Smith & Son, Petaluma, Argyle in the USA and Kilikanoon before starting his own business.
The Muster family's story in Australia began in August 1859, when Gottfried Muster and his young family emigrated from Silesia and soon settled in the Barossa Valley.
On 29 August 2009, exactly 150 years after Gottfried arrived, David, a sixth-generation Australian, released his first wine under the Muster family label.
