Nick Haselgrove Wines

Nick Haselgrove Wines is the McLaren Vale business of third-generation winemaker Nick Haselgrove, whose family has had a long influence on Australian wine. His grandfather Ron Haselgrove learned winemaking under Emil Sobels at Leo Buring in the 1920s, made his name in fortified wine and St Agnes brandy at Angove's, and from 1934 transformed Mildara, overseeing the famous Mildara Cabernet Shiraz Bin 23 in 1952 and establishing its Coonawarra cellars in 1963.

Nick's own business brings together several labels, each with its own story. Clarence Hill, first released in 1990, has been revived for its generous, fruit-driven wines, alongside Blackbilly, Old Faithful and Futures, covering McLaren Vale and other South Australian regions.

The wines are known for quality and value, from approachable everyday wines to old-vine releases.
