Paringa Estate

Paringa Estate is a celebrated Mornington Peninsula winery at Red Hill South, founded by Lindsay McCall, whose home vineyard curls around the gentle slopes of Red Hill. It is known for commanding, uncompromising wines led by Shiraz, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, and helped prove that Shiraz could excel in a region once thought too cool for it.

The winery restaurant, a place of light and energy, looks out over the immaculate vineyard and down into the winery, and is known for dishes such as Flinders Island milk-fed lamb. In front of the cellar door, the Paringa Garden has sturdy cypress trestle tables for long lunches.

Paringa won Best Cellar Door in 2017 and Best Large Cellar Door in 2020 at the Gourmet Traveller WINE awards.
