Passel Estate is a family-owned boutique vineyard in Margaret River, owned by Barry Stimpson, making small-batch wines. It is a certified member of Sustainable Winegrowing Australia and holds 5-star winery status from James Halliday.
The estate is also a nature sanctuary. After the 2011 Margaret River bushfires, endangered western ringtail possums were rehomed there, and it continues to protect native plants and animals; every guided tasting supports this work.
The bushland cellar door offers guided tastings and cheese and bonbon pairings, along with seasonal events.
