Patch Wines was founded by winemaker Kirilly Gordon and wine entrepreneur Matt Talbot. The partnership formed after the pair worked together in the Yarra Valley, beginning when an unallocated block of ripe grapes required a home. Cellar door tastings are hosted at the Urban Vineyard in Ringwood East.
The producer hand-picks fruit from Victorian regions such as the Yarra Valley, Nagambie Lakes, and the Pyrenees. Their small-batch range includes wines made from Marsanne, Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Shiraz, Vermentino, Nebbiolo Bianco, and Pinot Gris.
