POOL is run by friends Tim, Al, Ed and Darcy from Kyneton, on Dja Dja Wurrung country. It began in 2019 with half a tonne of local Shiraz.
Fruit comes from a regenerative farm and from growers in Heathcote, Bendigo and Macedon, picked by hand with friends. The natural wines have no additives or added sulphur and are unfined and unfiltered.
