The producer crafts a Vine Vale Grenache from the Barossa Valley and an Onkaparinga Shiraz using fruit from the Onkaparinga Hills sub-region. The Shiraz undergoes cold soaking, open-vat fermentation, and is matured in new and second-year French oak for nearly 22 months with minimal filtration.
