Stringybark Winery and Restaurant is a Chittering Valley institution established in 1985 by a Victorian who named it after his home town, Stringybark Creek, scene of the Ned Kelly shoot-out of the 1880s.
Owner Brad has extended the beer garden, added a children's playground and an outdoor events area, and the property also offers accommodation.
Alongside its wines, Stringybark offers a Bushranger range of spirits and liqueurs.
