Tin Shed Wines began in a backyard shed in 1998 with a single wine, the Single Wire Shiraz, and the belief that great wine doesn't need a big show.
Founder Peter Clarke, from New Zealand's South Island, switched from pilot to chef in the 1980s and opened Vintners Bar & Grill in the Barossa in 1996. In 2019 he handed the business to Dan and Claire.
Every wine is made in small batches with wild fermentation and is vegan-friendly. There is no cellar door yet.
