Two Figs Winery was established in 2003 by Shayne Bricker and his wife Alison on the corner of Back Forest Road, 12 kilometres from Berry, in the Shoalhaven Coast region of New South Wales. It is named after the two Moreton Bay fig trees on the property's original driveway.
The temperate, maritime climate gives the grapes natural acidity. The Chardonnay block beside the cellar door faces the ocean, and its afternoon sea breeze brings acidity and minerality, while another block produces a dry, elegant rosé, the most popular wine at the cellar door. Winemaker Simon makes soft, approachable wines, from the Sunday Afternoon white blend to the premium Barrel Select reds, which perform well at the NSW Small Winemakers and South Coast wine shows.
The renovated cellar door offers intimate, seated tastings.
