Vinrock comes from the Luca Vineyard, established in McLaren Vale in 1998 by Don Luca with his sons-in-law Marco Iannetti and Anthony De Pizzol.
At first all the fruit was sold under contract, and the first Vinrock wines were bottled in 2004. The logo shows Don Luca planting the vineyard's first Shiraz cutting in 1998.
