Whispering Hills Vineyard was established in 1985 on the rich red soils of the Upper Yarra Valley at Seville, about an hour from Melbourne, and has been making elegant cool-climate wines for more than twenty vintages.
It is a small, family-run vineyard, cellar door and winery. Lots of just one to six barrels per variety allow the family to make fresh and interesting new wines.
At the cellar door visitors can taste the wines and talk with Murray about how the vines are grown and harvested sustainably.
