Paul Burgoyne established the vineyard in 1998. In 2001, Wayne and Sally Burgoyne, alongside John and Karen Butler, bought the three-year-old property.
Paul Burgoyne remains the viticulturist, managing the estate's two hectares of shiraz, 0.8 hectares of merlot, and 0.4 hectares each of viognier and sangiovese. The winery makes Pinot Grigio, Moscato, Sangiovese Rosé, Prosecco, and Flying Duck Shiraz.
