Midnight's Promise is a contract wine producer making small batches each vintage. The winemaking is carried out by Alex Woods, Matt Burton, and Bill Sneddon, with vineyards planted to Chardonnay, Shiraz, and Semillon. Its first Semillon was released in 2013 following a fifteen-year wait for the block to reach maturity. Grapes are typically harvested by machine during the night, frequently near midnight, to keep the fruit cool and sound.
The label's portfolio features Chardonnay, Shiraz, and Semillon, alongside a sparkling Shiraz named Guilty Pleasure. Additionally, the producer offers a Wine O'Clock Series, which consists of a Red Shiraz Viognier and a White Semillon-Sauvignon Blanc.
