Notes Wine is a wine discovery space at Hubert Estate in Coldstream, in the heart of the Yarra Valley, where wine lovers can meet winemakers and hear the stories behind their wines. It works with local producers on new wines and gathers small-batch, handcrafted wines from artisan wineries around Australia.
Alongside tastings on site, it runs digital tasting experiences that take people on journeys to wine regions near and far.
