Spring Vale is a family-owned property on Tasmania's Freycinet Coast, established in 1875, with vineyards planted since 1986. The family combines tradition with modern practice to make award-winning cool-climate wines, particularly Pinot Noir, along with Sauvignon Blanc and other varieties.
The cellar door is open daily for tastings, and the seasonal Apéro Bistro showcases local food. The estate also hosts special events such as matched dinners.
The Spring Vale Wine Club offers discounts and early access to new releases.
