Tatachilla

Tatachilla is a wine brand named after the Tatachilla area of McLaren Vale, South Australia. Its earlier releases included McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills wines such as the 1901 Cabernet Sauvignon, Breakneck Creek and Burnt Souls Shiraz, and Clarendon Vineyard Merlot.

Today the brand focuses on light, fresh, easy-going wines for relaxed occasions, including Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, rosé, Moscato and a softer Shiraz and Pinot Noir designed to be enjoyed lightly chilled. Some labels change colour when the wine is cold enough.

The range also includes Sun'day Spritz wine spritzers and the lighter red Rougie Vie wines.
